They say life’s not a rehearsal. That you can’t act your way to the next stage in your life. It is true there is no script to refer to when things get jumbled. And in the grand finale, a curtain does fall and shortly the lights grow dim. You try so hard to only see smiles, but a few frowns show up in the crowd. Everybody's waiting to watch you to take your last bow at the end of your play. How will you be remembered, by warm everlasting memories or tiny words etched in aging stone?

I am pretending my way back to where I began, when things were so simple and life was a short but sweet word.
